International Orders
Important information about ordering handmade products from outside Poland.
Handmade
Each product is made by hand, especially for your order.
Payment first
I start processing your order after the payment is booked.
Worldwide
International shipping is available to selected countries.
Order processing
Orders are processed after the payment is booked on my bank account. Only then do I start making the ordered products, because each item is made especially for you.
I do not run mass production — each item is created by hand. I always do my best to process orders as quickly as possible, but the waiting time may be longer due to a large number of orders, supply delays or damaged equipment.
Unpaid orders will be canceled within 7 business days.
Questions about your order
I want to add more items to my order
You do not have to place a new order. Contact me and I will add the selected item to your existing order.
The missing amount can be paid by bank transfer or PayPal. Please remember that some products may increase the package weight and shipping cost.
Returns / order cancellation
Due to the unique handmade nature of my products, returns are not accepted.
If you want to cancel your order, contact me as soon as possible by e-mail. Use the subject: “Order Cancellation [Order No.]”. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
Complaints
Minor differences such as small scratches, slight color differences or pattern placement are not considered defects.
If your parcel is damaged in transit, please prepare a damage report with the courier and contact me. I will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
International payment methods
Bank transfer
The account number appears in the order summary. I start processing your order after the payment is booked on my bank account.
Sending a transfer confirmation does not speed up the process.
Direct payment — CashBill
Instant payment is available for a small surcharge. Payment is made after the order is placed.
PayPal
PayPal payment is available for a small surcharge. Payment is made after the order is placed.
Shipping
International shipping
Registered Priority Mail
Scheduled delivery in European countries within 6 business days from the shipment date. Tracking is available after shipment.
Available only for small and light items, such as keychains, garlands, collector’s cards, magnets, stickers, commemorative tickets, postcards, pins and bookmarks.
DPD Europe
Scheduled delivery in European countries within 2–5 business days from the shipment date. Tracking is available after shipment.
FedEx International Economy
Expected delivery time: Europe up to 4 business days, outside Europe up to 8 business days.
Delivery time may be longer due to customs clearance.
If you want to buy something small or light, contact me for a cheaper delivery price.
